Description:
Sodium Hyaluronate is a sterile, nonpyrogenic viscoelastic solution of Sodium Hyaluronate
Sodium Hyaluronate is derived from bacterial fermentation
Sodium Hyaluronate serves to maintain a deep anterior chamber during anterior segment surgery allowing reduced trauma to the corneal endothelium and surrounding ocular tissues. The viscoelastic properties of Sodium Hyaluronatehelp to push back the vitreous face and prevent formation of a flat chamber postoperatively.
Sodium Hyaluronateis indicated for use as a surgical aid in anterior segment surgical procedures including cataract extraction with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.
Advantages of Sodium Hyaluronate:
• The clarity of our viscoelastic gel allows for an unobstructed view during phacoemulsification and capsulorhexis processes in cataract surgery.
• The viscosity of Sodium Hyaluronatecreates an ideal environment for anterior chamber maintenance.
• Sodium Hyaluronateviscoelastic gel is easily removed completely from the eye at the end of the surgery.
• Sodium Hyaluronateis competitively priced when compared with any sodium hyaluronate viscoelastic solutions.
• Available in 1.0 ml syringe. Sodium Hyaluronate(Sodium Hyaluronate) available in 1% w/v, 1.2% w/v, 1.4% w/v, 1.6% w/v, 1.8% w/v, 2.4% w/v concentration.
